My husband and I love traveling. We spent 5 years living in Europe where the expense and ease of travel is quite opposite of what the US offers. When we moved back to the states we had an itch for travel and knew we needed to find the secret sauce to explore the states. We found the perfect fit, a Wayfarer Van, where we could keep exploring and adventuring at the pace we were in Europe. And, at an amazing low cost. Our favorite van activities are finding BLM land and planning adventures around those areas so we can unplug from the hectic world and experience true nature. The feeling you get when it’s just you, your van, and the buzzing sounds of nature is unmatched and truly god-like. We also use the van in the winter to bum around ski resorts and avoid the insane hotel/Airbnb fees. We now have a little toddler and we are excited to teach him to appreciate nature and pass on the travel bug so he can live as happy and fulfilled life as we are living!
