Meet Lisa driving Sa'van'nah

I became a member of the Wayfarer family in April 2021. At that time we were in the middle of Covid, my job shut down, I became single and an empty nester all at the same time. I said to myself, “now what?” I had a lot of time on my hands to think about what I wanted my next chapter in life to look like. I work as a school counselor with time off throughout the year as well as several months in the summer. I always dreamed of traveling and began to think, “how can I travel affordably and explore all the places I wanted to see?” I came across Wayfarer Vans and fell in love instantly with the whole building concept - that it was affordable, simple, can fit in a parking spot, and the build be completed in one day! I bought a used van and drove it out to be built. I have put 40,000 miles on it since I got it and the most amazing memories have been created. The best part… I developed the courage to do it alone! I'm thrilled to be a Vanbassador. If it wasn't for Wayfarer I wouldn't have been able to afford this lifestyle and love this new travel life of mine!
