Meet Our Vanbassador

Meet Pete driving Clifford the Big Red Van

Prior to owning the Wayfarer Walter conversion we would camp once or twice a year. Purchasing a van has opened up a whole new world of possibilities over the last four years. We've done a month-long cross country trip back from Oregon to New Hampshire to visit family, along with numerous weekend trips and a few week-long trips. One of the things I also love about owning Clifford the Big Red Van is its role as a mobile HQ for bike rides. Being able to have a place to change, chill out, or even store post-ride refreshments in our cooler has definitely upped our game. We looked at a lot of vans prior to Wayfarer including other class Bs, Class Cs, and even some micro trailers. It was the simplicity of Wayfarer Vans that really grabbed our attention. We are both believers in the K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid) philosophy. Mia and I have full-time jobs and being able to load up the van and take off for a weekend has been fantastic. If I had to say one thing about Wayfarer Vans it would be don't overthink it. If you’re like us, you’ve spent hours watching YouTube videos and reading #vanlife blogs, I can tell you that most of those are fantasy versus reality. Be honest about how you want and expect to use your van, and I guarantee that Wayfarer will be a good fit.
