Are you ready to join us for a Wayfarer Weekend in 2026? Whether you’re a regular around our campfire, or brand new to the crew, we’d love to see you out there.
These events are just for Wayfarians, so you do need to own a Wayfarer Van. But it doesn’t matter to us what year it is, or whether you bought it new or used. If you’re in a Wayfarer, you’re part of the crew.
We aim for that just-right-mix of planned activities that bring everyone together, along with plenty of free time to explore at your own pace. Each weekend has its own flavor, but you can always count on van tours and at least one good night around the campfire swapping stories.
Here’s where we’re headed:
Stowe, Vermont | June 3–6
Tucked into Vermont’s Green Mountains, Stowe is at its best in early summer. We’ll set up camp together and enjoy the cool mornings and long days while exploring the trails, rivers, and mountain roads.
As always, we’ll have a mix of van tours, scheduled group outings, and plenty of free time to explore on your own. Mornings and evenings bring us back together for shared meals, campfires, and stories.
Camden, Maine | July 22–25
You asked for more East Coast events…so we’re going just about as far east as we can. Camden offers classic coastal charm, along with great hiking nearby. Plus, Acadia National Park is less than two hours away, making it the perfect destination to tack on a few extra days before or after the meetup.
Custer, South Dakota | September 16–19
Sure, people know about Mount Rushmore, but the Black HIlls have so much more to offer. With Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park nearby, you’ll find scenic drives, gorgeous hikes and wide open spaces. We love this part of the country because it feels a little more under-the-radar than the big-name parks out west. Bonus: we should be right at the start of leaf-peeping season, so expect some gold in the hills.
Porter, Indiana | September 30–October 3
Indiana gets overlooked for adventure, but we’re going to show you the good spots. Andy from Wayfarer Vans calls northern Indiana home, and he’ll be your host for a weekend enjoying the best of the Midwest. You can enjoy beach walks at Indiana Dunes National Park, hikes in nearby state parks and delicious baked goods from Amish farmstands.
Morro Bay, California | November 11–14
Halfway between LA and San Francisco, Morro Bay feels a world away from the hustle. We’ll explore coastal trails, enjoy walks on the beach and spend time on the bay. The odds are good for spotting sea otters, seals and all types of birds. Pack your binoculars and get ready for a weekend together before the busy holiday season starts.
Tickets and the full itinerary will go live 12 weeks before each event, so keep an eye out and be ready to grab your spot. We can’t wait to see you around the campfire soon!
