Wayfarer Vans is Headed to Monterey, California for the Sea Otter Classic!

Pack your bags and mark your calendar. Wayfarer Vans is headed to the Sea Otter Classic from April 10th – 13th. This 4-day biking festival is all about getting outside and having fun on two wheels. 

Meet a Wayfarer Vans Conversion

We are packing up and bringing Wilford with us to California! Wilford is our high-roof Ford Transit with a 148″ wheelbase, over 6 feet of standing room, and all-wheel drive. This guy has also been decked out with some of our favorite accessories, including AC and heat! 

Andy and Ian will be on-site and ready to cover any question you can throw at them about:

  • Wilford, the on-site van, or any of our van models
  • Our building philosophy and why we love modularity
  • Why we don’t have dedicated bathroom spaces
  • How many bikes can fit in the garage

We like to keep our vans simple and focus on what you need to have. Making it easier for you to get outside and enjoy the perks of having the van.

With so many of our staff members, including Andy and Ian, having backgrounds in biking, you can learn firsthand how having a Wayfarer Vans conversion enables you to get after it. 

Why Sea Otter Classic?

While we might be a van company, we love our bikes. The idea for Wayfarer Vans was actually born because of events that happened on a mountain biking trip. So naturally, we could not pass up the chance to bring one of our vans to this classic and iconic event. 

With 12 different disciplines of racing being offered at Sea Otter Classic, there is something for everybody. Not into racing? They offer recreational untimed rides through some seriously amazing landscapes. We aren’t kidding when we say this is an incredible and inclusive event.
