Meet Andy driving Alfred

I'm Andy, Chief Storyteller for Wayfarer Vans and all around camper van enthusiast. I've owned many different camping rigs over the last 15 years but the van hits the sweet spot: simple, comfortable, spacious, easy to drive, and great on gas. I spend lots of time in my Wayfarer conversions with my wife, daughter, and doggos, doing everything from gravel bike racing to surfing Lake Michigan. Over the last 50k miles we've dialed things in and personalized Alfred to be our cozy home on wheels. From lakeside office to wetsuit changing room to baby nap station, the van has proved itself an amoeba, and it's transformed our travels in ways we never imagined.
