Meet Denise driving Walt

We are Harvey and Denise from central Florida, and we are thrilled to have found Wayfarer Vans! Our Walt conversion van has truly changed the way we live. Not only can we travel far and wide, we use it often to turn daily routines into new adventures. We spend a lot of time in and around pools, springs, lakes and the ocean. We started looking for a van when towing a trailer for our gear and equipment became too challenging. We wanted something that was small enough to go everywhere a car could go, but spacious enough to add a level of comfort to our expeditions (and somewhere to change into our dry clothes!). We had pretty much given up on the idea of a van conversion due to the complexity and cost of the vehicles we found. Then, one day we discovered Wayfarer Vans via a YouTube video review. Wayfarer embodied everything that we were looking for with simple functional elegance (think quality materials meets great design). We discovered a freedom in which we could go anywhere in comfort and take all the “things” that make getting “out there” such fun! Whether we are packing our e-foils, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, surf boards, bicycles, camping gear, or photo equipment, the modular set-up of Wayfarer Vans has made all things possible. We love our van so much that we even started “van dates.” Instead of being denied last minute reservations at a crowded restaurant, we order take out and find a scenic place to park. We have owned several RVs in the past, and none have brought the joy that we have in our Walt conversion. We are now a “big rig” in a compact body. We are versatile and ready to roam!
