My wife Sheelah and I live in Lafayette, Colorado just outside Boulder. We love getting outside and our Wayfarer has been the perfect vehicle to allow us more time outdoors as weekend warriors in the mountains. We wanted a camper van for years but were intimidated by the high prices and long build process. Wayfarer hit the sweet spot for us in that it was reasonably priced, included all the basic functions we need, and left room to personalize it to our needs. The basic build is a feature not a flaw. We've taken the van on day trips, weekend adventures, weeks long trips and its been so much fun. We typically use our van as a base camp for hiking but it's also allowed us to travel more with our 2 mini Australian Shepherds, Max and Kody. The dogs love van trips and get so excited when they hear the van door open. With the optional heater camping is no longer limited to the summer months here in Colorado.
