Join us this March for Wayfarer Weekend Florida

Some places ask you to slow down the moment you arrive. Apalachicola is one of them. Tucked along Florida’s Forgotten Coast, this small town trades crowds for quiet, and schedules for tides. For our March Wayfarer Weekend, we’re heading to Indian Pass Campground to spend a few days camping by the water, sharing meals, and letting the salt air and good company set the pace.

What to expect: 

• Start each morning together over coffee and breakfast
• Join in for group adventures or head out on solo during the day
• Evening campfires – complimentary s’mores and stars

We have enough room for 8 Wayfarer vans to join us at the campsite.

The fine print:

This event is for current Wayfarer Vans owners only. If you aren’t a current owner and purchase a ticket, your ticket will be refunded minus Eventbrite fees.

Trip details: 

Cost per ticket – $291 (fee is reimbursement to Wayfarer Vans for campsite booking; all other campout expenses are covered by us)

Amenities: 

• Pit toilet and potable water
• Electric
• Little to non-existent cell service is common
• Wayfarer Vans will provide Starlink wifi for communication

Logistics: 

• All campsites booked prior to arrival, your specific site selection will be available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Total available Wayfarian spaces: 8
• Check in time – 2 pm

Monday, March 9th:

2pm: Check in

7pm: Group campfire

Tuesday, March 10th:

8am: Breakfast provided by Wayfarer

9am: Van tours

10:30am: Leave for Gulf Breeze Day Use Area ($4 entrance fee)

7pm: Group campfire

Wednesday, March 11th:

11am: Oyster farm tour

7pm: Group campfire

Thursday, March 12th: 

11am: Check out and head home
